Banyan Silk and Cotton Damask
A light weight garment, the banyan is worn by men at home as loungewear and at times in public as un-dress. Also called a morning gown, robe de chambre or nightgown, the banyan is a cotton, linen, or silk gown. It May be worn over the shirt, breeches, and even the waistcoat. Ours is silk on one side and cotton damask on the other. Shown with silk cravat, available below.
